Just Write is a creative workspace for writers. Unless stated otherwise, “we” means Just Write.

2. Information we collect
Content you create, provide, or save, including books, chapters, titles, drafts, and related metadata.
For troubleshooting, we retain daily aggregates of API categories, status codes, request counts, and durations for 90 days. Frontend reports contain fixed error categories only, without error text, stacks, page URLs, or writing content.
Service information such as request time, API status, error logs, device and browser information, language, theme, preferences, and local storage needed to keep the product usable.
When you use account or billing features, we process account identifiers, contact details, sign-in state, orders, and transaction status as necessary to provide the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Just Write, including saving work, loading workspaces, syncing chapters, restoring preferences, troubleshooting, and protecting service security.
We may use de-identified or aggregated information to understand performance, stability, and feature usage, without using it to identify you personally.
4. AI features and third-party model providers
Just Write provides AI-assisted continuation, rewriting, structure choices, and material organization. When you use those features, prompts, selected writing, authorized context, and generated output are sent to the third-party model provider supporting that request.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, unlawful content, trade secrets, unpublished third-party material, or content you do not have the right to process. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on, publishing, or reusing it.
We process user content under the applicable terms and configuration of the model service used for the request, and use product and technical controls to limit the content included in each request. Provider retention and use are governed by the provider’s applicable terms, privacy policy, and the service configuration we use.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. When you delete books, chapters, or related materials, the corresponding production content will be deleted or made unavailable according to product behavior.
Backups, logs, and security records may be retained for a reasonable period for disaster recovery, audit, security, and troubleshooting, and then deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, copying, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection to certain processing, or closure of your account.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access controls, least-privilege permissions, transport protection, logging, and backup recovery.
No internet service is absolutely secure. Please protect your devices, browser, account credentials, and your own copies of important work.
9. Minors
Just Write is primarily intended for users who can make independent creative and service-use decisions. Minors should use the service only with guardian consent and guidance.

10. Updates
We may update this policy because of product, legal, or service provider changes. Material changes may be announced through this page, in-product notices, or other reasonable methods.
