By accessing or using Just Write, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to lawfully use the service and ensure the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account, and should contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.
3. User content and creative rights
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in works, drafts, settings, notes, and related materials you create, upload, save, or generate in Just Write.
To provide the service, you grant us permission to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and back up user content as necessary.
You represent that you have the rights needed to process and use the content and that it does not infringe copyright, privacy, trade secret, or other lawful rights.
4. AI feature rules
Just Write provides AI-assisted continuation, rewriting, structure choices, material organization, and related features. These features are powered by the third-party model provider supporting the relevant request.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use it.
You may not use AI features to generate, distribute, or assist unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, malicious, privacy-invasive, regulatory-evasive, or otherwise improper content.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, AI features do not replace legal, medical, financial, publishing review, or professional editing advice.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not disrupt, interfere with, or bypass service security, access controls, rate limits, billing mechanisms, or technical protections.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, bulk export, attack the service, or use it in a way that may harm Just Write, other users, service providers, or the public interest.
You may not submit unlawful content, malicious content, spam, or third-party personal information or creative material you do not have the right to use.
Writing points, purchases and refunds
Membership is purchased one period at a time and does not renew automatically. A same-plan renewal follows all purchased periods and does not add points to the current period. Monthly points do not roll over. Historical orders retain their purchased prices and benefits.
Point packs require no membership and are credited after confirmed payment. Each pack is valid for 12 calendar months from payment confirmation in Beijing time, clamped to the last day if the target month lacks that date. Membership expiry does not affect packs. Points expiring soonest are used first, with monthly points first when expiry times match.
Price, points and estimated validity are shown before payment. The exact confirmed expiry appears in orders and usage, with each pack listed separately. Packs do not renew automatically. If a payment result is unclear, check the original order instead of paying again.
During a pack’s validity, request a refund in order history. The proportional amount is the original payment multiplied by the unused point fraction, less a fee of 1.5% of the original payment. Both are independently rounded to the nearest cent; the net refund cannot be negative. A zero net refund neither submits a refund nor revokes remaining points.
Finish or resolve unsettled or resumable writing tasks bound to the pack before requesting a refund. Confirm the displayed amount before submission. Submission freezes that pack; success revokes only its remaining points. A definitive failure restores still-valid points; unclear outcomes continue checking the same refund. Other orders and manuscripts are unaffected.
For expired packs or orders requiring manual review, contact contact@justwrite.space with the order number. Do not send manuscripts or payment passwords. Membership refunds retain their original rules and durable point records.
6. Service changes and suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features because of product planning, maintenance, security risks, legal requirements, or provider changes.
We try to keep the service stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, or permanently recoverable service. Keep your own backups of important work.
7. Just Write intellectual property
The Just Write interface, code, brand, logos, design, documentation, and service structure are owned by us or the relevant rights holders.
Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or build a competing product from the Just Write service itself.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Write is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or accuracy of results.
Except where prohibited by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from service use, inability to use the service, AI output, third-party services, or data loss.
9. Termination
If you violate these Terms, legal requirements, or security rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service.
You may stop using Just Write at any time and delete related content using available product features.
